are invited. Please select two subcommittees that should consider
your paper. The work submitted should be original and not previously
published, and avoid the inclusion of commercial content.

SUBMISSION
Prospective
authors should submit a brief abstract (300 words maximum) in
English, in MS Word format by March 15, 2004 to the conference
administrator at the address listed below. Authors will be notified
concerning acceptance of abstracts in mid-April
2004. The abstract must include: research areas, contents and
key words of papers. It must be written clearly the author(s),
organization(s), corresponding authors’ postal and electronic
addresses, telephone and fax numbers. Papers will not be reviewed
if they do not include complete contact information.
Each
paper is limited within 4 pages (single space) in MS Word format.
